Usually within the hour on a working day, and the same evening otherwise. If it's been longer than that, ring — something's gone wrong our end.
Where we work
Swansea, Gower, Neath, Port Talbot, Bridgend and Llanelli, out through Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, and across to Brecon, Merthyr and Cardiff — roughly 50 to 60 miles out, and a bit further for the right job.
